SUMMARY:GRAD 2019 Photo Days
DESCRIPTION:Lambrick Park Secondary Grad Portrait 2018-2019 Info Letter \nWhen: December 17th – 19th 2018\, from 9am to 4:30pm \nStudents are required to book their appointment using our online booking system. The schedule is opened a number of weeks prior to the first Grad shoot date. After each student books their appointment they will be sent an email for confirmation and a reminder email 24 hours prior to the appointment. Students will want to book their appointment as soon as possible so that they can be sure they have a time most suitable to their schedule. \nIn order for students to book an appointment and pay the sitting fee\, the student can visit \nmountainwest.ca and follow these instructions: \n\nClick “Book a photo session” at the top of the\nSelect your school\, then select a session – “Grad Portrait”\nNow a calendar will open up with the dates available for photo sessions. Select the date you wish and the time available and start the procedure of creating a user ID and password and then you can finalize your appointment!\n\nEach Grad sitting is scheduled for approximately 12mins. There will be several traditional “cap and gown” portraits taken as well as the opportunity for casual photos during that time. The students will select one of the first 3 formal photos for the yearbook publication. \nFor the casual photos students are encouraged to bring a prop or two that represents their individual character whether it is with a basketball\, hockey gear or a musical instrument for example. No pets please. \nWithin a week after the sitting each student will receive an email with a link to view and order their photos. \nIf you have any further questions regarding the Graduation Photos please do not hesitate to get in touch \nEmail: grads@mountainwest.ca
