Dear Lambrick Park Alumni,

We talked about gathering alumni contact info in order to prep for LP’s 50th anniversary and also to perhaps form an alumni association. I created a simple Google Form to gather contact info and a QR code that leads to that form. I’ll put this QR code on all of my event programs. It could be put out via newsletter, or printed out at games and other events.

Over the next couple of years, it should gather a pretty sizable number of contacts.
