LP Island X-country Championships-Congratulations our senior boys placed 3rd & qualified for the B.C. Championships. Top senior finishers for LP were Jost M, Griffin H and Rocko F. Top junior runners were Cooper H, Gavin L and Marlee M. Provincial Championships take place at Royal Roads University on November 5.
In preparation for this, here is the training schedule for this week:
