We’re so excited to remind you that tickets for our Grad Ceremony JUNE 5th at UVic and our Grad Dinner Dance JUNE 20th at Hotel Grand Pacific are now available on schoolcashonline!

A few extra details…
Grad Ceremony Tickets
- available May 1st – 20th through schoolcashonline (every grad is guaranteed 5 tickets at $10/each)
- Extra tickets are available through UVic’s Ticket Centre (in person or over the phone) closer to the end of May – watch for updates
- Any accessibility or separate seating needs can be accommodated by Lambrick until May 20th (afterwards the ticket management is done through UVic)
- tickets will be sent to your child’s sd61learn Gmail account in late May by UVic. The tickets may be printed or shown digitally at the door for entry.
Grad Dinner Dance Tickets
- Tickets available now for LP Grads only
- Guest Forms and approved guest tickets will be available in early June
Grad Rehearsal – JUNE 5th 8:45am:
8:45am at Farquhar Auditorium at UVic’s Jamie Cassel’s Centre
ATTENDANCE FOR REHEARSEL IS MANDATORY!
Recommended: Bring shoes you intend to wear that evening
WEAR YOUR GRAD T-SHIRT!!!!
Rehearsal will include:
- formal procession into auditorium alphabetically
- seating arrangements and expectations
- practice walking across stage to collect your certificate and returning to seat on stage
- student speakers (MC’s, Valedictorian)
- grad choir
DISTRIBUTION of CAP & GOWN on MAY 29th at GRAD ASSEMBLY
Cap & Gown Instructions:
- take home and immediately hang up to reduce wrinkles
- steam or iron on low heat
- do not forget to wear to Ceremony on June 5th!
- bobby pins help hold cap in place
- If you haven’t done so already, please order your cap and gown (available on schoolcashonline)

LP GRAD 2024 STUDENTS that missed Original Grad photos or require RETAKES – EDGE IMAGING WILL BE IN ANNEX 41 ON MONDAY FEBRUARY 5 & TUESDAY FEBRUARY 6
On the booking site there are now 3 options to choose:
- FREE – YEARBOOK PHOTO
- ELITE – $40.00 – 15 Photos, various props, poses, photo orientation and backdrops.
- GRADE RETAKE – Only for students that want to retake their original photos or would like to just redo a couple of photos.
