Online booking is open immediately. Please follow the steps below to make sure your conference gets booked correctly. If you have any questions please contact the Office or your child’s teacher. This video provides a quick outline of the steps detailed below.
How to book your Parent Teacher Conference appointment online:
- Follow this link <CLICK HERE>
- Click correct the appointment slot at the top of the page. Elementary/Middle schools may have only one slot, but Secondary schools will have several choices organized by teacher First and then Last Name.
- Select your child’s classroom teacher (This is not optional – we are unable to change the title the program gave to the section but you must select a teacher to book correctly)
- If there is more than one date available, select the date you wish to book on APRIL 25th, 2024 only please and thanks. Interviews will occur between 3:30 and 6:30. Each interview is 10 minutes in length. Consider staggering your bookings to allow you time to move from interview to interview if you are attending in person.
- Select an available conference time for that day with your child’s teacher
- Fill in your name, your email address and your child’s name as required, and phone number to reach you at if booking an interview by phone.
- Check the reminder box that you have selected the correct teacher for your conference
- Click the Book button to complete the process
- You will receive a confirmation email confirming your conference time
aNOTE: You will need to repeat these steps for each of your children, and/or for each Secondary school subject teacher you wish to meet with. Please only select teachers for Semester 1 or Full Year classes that your child in enrolled in.
